12 Week Transformation Terms and Conditions
If you don't complete every workout, you fail.
If you don't track your food diary via myfitnesspal, you fail.
If you don't have a valid Nick's Gym membership, you fail.
If I notice you have had a massive binge, you fail.
If you don't turn up to 7 out of 12 weekly meetings, you fail.
If you fail, you forfeit your £100 deposit to me.
This is all to keep you accountable and I do apply common sense e.g. if you're injured mid-challenge and can't train certain body parts, I wouldn't expect you to.
